Retro: Uncharted Waters

Released in 1992 by Koei for the Super Nintendo, "Uncharted Waters" is an adventure RPG, where you play as a character that lives in Portugal on it´s Colonization a little bit after the Treaty of Tordesillas and after the portuguese had finally passed by the Cape of Storms.

Explore the waters, new lands, bring hope to Portugal, feel the full experience of being a sailor for the portuguese crown in these awesome game.

There is a MMO from the series by the name of "Uncharted Waters Online" available in Steam, where we can create our own portuguese in the XVI century. The series is very popular in Japan, but a few people play it in Europe.
